Jim Ebert (Butch Walker) Slated to Produce Debut EP!

Citizen* is currently in pre-production, and will be hitting the studio in late June to begin work on tracks for their debut EP.  The record will be the first collaborative project for producer Jim Ebert and engineer Scott Spelbring, and the band is excited to have them both on board.  Ebert has produced albums for one of the group’s favorite artists, Butch Walker, and worked with a ton of other well-known acts, including current Last Band Standing title-holders Niki Barr Band.  Spelbring’s Dragonfly East has been the setting for recordings by countless local and regional acts including Cinder Road and Nate Ihara (Blackjacks/Welbilt).  Stay tuned for updates from the studio and NEW MUSIC in the coming weeks.
